Horti Group is an award-winning landscape architecture and operational horticulture firm. We provide a comprehensive, turn-key solution for every environmental need—driven by a multidisciplinary team of landscape architects, architects, horticulturists, engineers, and technical draftsmen.
Over the last four decades, our portfolio has grown to encompass some of the nation's most iconic landscapes. We have designed and delivered Pakistan's largest public park, expansive botanical gardens, government headquarters, corporate campuses, healthcare facilities, and mass transit corridors. From regional city master plans and housing societies to bespoke residential estates, we maintain absolute control over the quality and longevity of our projects by integrating our design studio directly with our robust nursery operations.

Leadership
Mustafa Kamal
Group Director
With over 45 years of continuous leadership at Horti Group, Mustafa Kamal has fundamentally shaped the botanical and environmental landscape of Pakistan. A highly distinguished authority in horticulture, his vision established the firm’s enduring standard of excellence.
Throughout his career, he has been entrusted with some of the region's most prestigious public appointments. He has served as Horticulturist to the President of Pakistan, Chief Technical Advisor for the Parks and Horticulture Authority in Lahore, and Chairman of both the Punjab Floriculture Board and the Chief Minister's Task Force on Parks and Horticulture. He was also the driving force as Convener for the acclaimed Lahore Flower Show.
Murtaza Kamal
Director Ops
Murtaza is a trained architect and spatial data specialist who bridges landscape design with rigorous operational execution. Since stepping into management, he has overseen the master planning of dozens of major housing societies and led landscape project management across Pakistan.
Beyond his corporate role, Murtaza is an Adjunct Faculty member at BNU’s School of Architecture. As a co-founder of Lahore Land Lab and a former GIS Lead at Dehleez, he integrates advanced data-driven cartography and urban planning directly into the firm's environmental projects.
Abdullah Kamal
Director Design
Abdullah merges classical landscape architecture with complex, large-scale urban design. Holding a Master’s degree in City Design from the University of Illinois Chicago and a Bachelor’s in Landscape Architecture from Kuala Lumpur, his design philosophy is deeply informed by global ecological resilience.
His portfolio spans continents, from formative roles at VERITAS and Clouston Design Studio in Malaysia, to acting as a Landscape Architect at Designscape in Lahore. Most recently practicing as a Landscape & Urban Designer with HNTB across Austin and Chicago, he brings a world-class, critically analytical aesthetic back to the studio. He has also previously shared his expertise as a Visiting Faculty member at BNU.
